Metis Gretel was a five member indies Japanese rock band in the visual-kei scene. Formed in October of 2004 the band had a somewhat rocky member line-up until late 2005, where they had the same line-up until their disbandment. They were signed with the KAMIJO ran label Sherow Artist Society. They were also kote-kei (コテ系), which is traditional or 90's visual-kei. Metis Gretel disbanded with their last one-man concert Dramatic Cult ~last night continued~ on March 3rd, 2008 at HOLIDAY SHINJUKU.
