After the album cover was released, there were some controversies over it, main reasons being that the feature of a Japanese kamikaze jet (used in WWII) and a badge that resembled the Nazi swastika, causing SM to delay the release of the album to change the covers. The original date of the digital release of the song was June 25th 2009, and it was changed to June 29th 2009.

The title track is composed by Anne Judith Wik, Robin Jensen, Ronny vendsen, Nermin Harambasic and Fridolin Nordso, with the additional composing of YuYeong Jin (who also did the lyrics), arranged by Yu Han Jin, and choreographed by Rino Nakasone. The "Hacky Sack" dance and the "Beauty leg" dance have been very popular, and chosen in "top dances" in dance polls. Tell Me Your Wish has been parodied many times by Korean comedians.
