"True Destiny / Chain the world" is the debut solo single released by Toyama Nao. The single was released in three versions: a limited CD+DVD edition, a regular CD edition, and a CD only anime edition. "True Destiny" was used as the ending theme for the anime Chain Chronicle ~Haecceitas no Hirameku~, and "Chain the world" was used as the theme song for the anime film version.
