Ono joined Jewel Kiss as one of the original members. In June 2011, she left Jewel Kiss temporally because a toothache. This meant she couldn't participate in Tokyo Idol Festival 2011. On November 2011, it was announced on Jewel Kiss's website that Ono was officially leaving Jewel Kiss, leaving the group with 7 members.
