girugamesh (ギルガメッシュ) was a four member Japanese rock band that formed sometime in 2003 in the Kantou area of Japan, but it wasn't until March of 2004 that the band has had the same line-up as today. girugamesh started out as a visual-kei unit and over the years they have gradually changed to a more mainstream look. They are signed to the indies label DANGER CRUE RECORDS, which is owned by the MAVERICK DC GROUP company. On May 2nd of 2016, girugamesh announced that they would disband after their final performance at Zepp DiverCity (Tokyo) on July 10th. [1] [2] [3]
