Shiho and Shoko first met in 1997. The two got along so well that they formed the band [[MUCH-YO]]. In 1999 the two met Kanako and thought it would be good to collaborate, forming speena. Shoko left the band in August 2005, but speena released two more albums.

Yvonne Sisters is a Japanese pop rock duo currently signed onto avex trax's U'S MUSIC sub-label. The group originally debut as speena in 2000, as a three member rock band signed to avex's cutting edge sub-label.
