- Information
"The One" is Shinichi Osawa's first album under rhythm zone in Japan and his first under his real name. Over a period of two years, the album would enjoy an international release, which was handled by Avex in Asia (except for South Korea, which was handled by SM Entertainment), Dim Mak Records in North America, and Southern Fried Records in Europe. The European release was packaged with an alternate album cover and a bonus disc of remixes, most of which would be re-released in Japan in the remix album, "The One+". The Japanese limited edition came with a DVD disc containing 8 PVs. In Japan, the album reached #43 on the Oricon weekly chart and charted for six weeks.
