Soya Chizuru (征矢千鶴) is a Japanese actress and talento. She is best known for her role as Sailor Venus from 1995 - 1996 in the Sailor Moon musicals or Sera Myu. She was also part of pop duo Pink Lady X from 1996 to 1997.
