Cheerful Sensibility is F.T Island's debut album. Six months after it's release, the album was re-released in a repackage album titled The Refreshment. This new album contains the same songs as Cheerful Sensibility with the addition of 3 new songs.
The new album was divided in 2CDs, Emotional Chapter and Island Chapter, included a 60-page photobook and photocards, and comes housed in a cardboard box. In addition of all this, a special program was included in the CD2, Music 2.0. Music 2.0 allows to mix any of the instruments, vocals or chorus freely, with the result of multiples new versions of the songs. All the songs of the album are included in Music 2.0 except for: "Jibchak", "Hajimallaeyo", "Majung" and "Cheot Kiss". Cheerful Sensibility sold 79,786 copies in 2007, making it the sixth best-selling album of the year.
