Tsuchiya Mieko (土屋美恵子) is a seiyuu and idol from Shizuoka, Japan. She is a former member of the groups Heart Chu and Kira Kira Melody Gakeun. In 2002 she officially retired from show bussiness due to an unspecified illness. She was formally represented by the talent agency Good Smile Japan.
