SHINHOO Entertainment (신후이엔티) was a Korean music label. The company, formerly known as Kiroy Company, was founded by CEO Yang Jung Seung. In 2014, Yang left the company to pursue a new venture. 19% of the company's business shares were bought by household good development and marketing company "SHINHOO" on September 8th, 2015 and lay dormant until April 28th, 2016 when Kiroy declared business closure and artists BTL and YE-A were disbanded.
