Rux is a Korean punk rock band.

Biography

They first formed in 1996 with Won Jonghee on drums, Lee Hyeongwi on guitar, and Lee Seungbok on bass.

After releasing tracks on several compilation albums, the group released their debut EP, I Gatta Go in 1999. The band was then forced to go on hiatus due to the military commitments required of all Korean men.

They gained some infamy in 2005 when members of the band The Couch appeared nude on the MBC program "Music Camp".^[1] Vocalist Won Jonghee also runs the punk label Skunk as well as the club Skunk Hell.
