I think that is just translation mistake. I've been watching Evangelion for over ten years and I've never heard a singular pilot be refered to as a "children". As a collective it would be children, but Rie's the first child, Asuka's the second child, and Shinji's the third child, etc. ~ Themonkeyofdoom 19:52, 3 July 2009 (UTC)
