"Tough Heart" is the second major single (third overall) released by Kobayashi Aika. It was released in two versions: a limited CD+DVD+Mini Poster Booklet edition and a regular CD edition. The title track was used as the opening theme for the anime Chuuka Ichiban!. The single peaked at #7 on the Oricon weekly singles chart and charted for a total of three weeks.
