"Kaede / Spica" is the 19th single released by Spitz. The single features one different cover art per side, one for each song. The song "Kaede" was previously released on their eighth album Fake Fur, and it was used as opening theme song for the TV show COUNT DOWN TV and as theme song for the drama Okaasan no Saigo no Ichinichi. The song "Spica" was used as JAL Reso'cha CM theme song and as insert song for the anime Honey and Clover. The single reached #10 on Oricon charts, and charted for 8 weeks, selling 142,060 copies.
