"421 -a will-" is the third single released by KOTOKO. The title track was used as a commercial song for dwango's Iro Mellow Mix. Both A-side and B-side also were used as the opening and ending theme for radio show KOTOKO to Tokotoko Tankenki. The single reached #16 on the Oricon weekly charts and charted for five weeks, selling 13,667 copies.
