A COMPLETE ~ALL SINGLES~ is Ayumi Hamasaki's fourth compilation album and first complete single collection, released in September of 2008 to commemorate her 10th Anniversary under avex trax.
The release features the A-Side only for each of her 43 singles, plus a newly recorded version of fan-favorite "Who...", spanning over three discs. The overseas release of the album has "Who..." recorded in Mandarin Chinese, a first for Hamasaki. The CD+DVD version also includes a DVD of as-yet unreleased live performances, including the Limited TA Live Tour show from 2003 and performances at the a-nation concerts in the Summers of 2002 through 2007.
Aside from songs like "Fly high" and "Daybreak" that were remixed specifically for their singles, this compilation includes single versions of songs.
The version of "M" on this release has had its guitar solo removed.
