"Ajisai" is the first digital single released by NIKIIE. It was originally going to be a three song single released on May 25th, 2011, but because of the 2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami it was pushed ahead a month and released as a one track digital single for free.[1] The song was written with the theme "the first time your write a letter" in mind. The track has a music video, and is available on her debut studio album *(NOTES). "Ajisai" has since been downloaded more than 100,000 times.[2]
