"BELIEVE" is MISIA's third single. "BELIEVE" was used as the Hitachi's Maxweel MD PURE PLATINUM & GOLD CM song. This was released first in vynil and some weeks later as a single.
The 8cm single, reached #23 on the Oricon charts, charted for ten weeks and sold 66,240 copies, while the 12cm single reached #2 on the Oricon charts, charted for thirteen weeks and sold 280,700 copies, becoming the eighty-second best-selling of 1999.
