Grace is the "debut" album released by meg (but second in all). It was released through UNIVERSAL JAZZ, a sub-label of Universal Music, making it her last major album. meg's next release, the 2007 version of "Christmas Rose", would be released on NAYUTAWAVE RECORDS, another Universal Music sub-label. Track #9, "Where I Want To Be", was used as a Yakult Beautiens commercial theme song. The album reached #267 on the Oricon chart, where it charted for a week.
