Kamifuusen (紙ふうせん) was a Japanese folk duo that started in 1974.

Information

When the Japanese folk group Akai Tori disbanded in 1974, married couple Hirayama and Goto formed their own folk group, called Kamifuusen. Their major hit came in 1977 with the single Fuyu ga Kuru Mae ni. They also did the opening theme song for the TV Asahi television program Ohayou Asahi Desu! for the next fiftheen years starting in 1979.

The group is still active as of today with in 2005, they appeared on a NHK televiaion program as a guest performer.
