KOYANAGI the BALLADS 1999-2001 is Koyanagi Yuki's first best album. The first CD contains a selection of Koyanagi's ballads while the second CD includes all the instrumentals tracks for them. The album comes housed in a plastic box with the title of the album printed on it. It reached #13 on Oricon charts and charted for 7 weeks, selling 92,620 copies.
