palgan Nal is Norazo's tenth single. The single includes a metal, as well as a dance version of their song "Red Letter Day." Instead of releasing a music video, the duo released a UCC video for their single, which features member Lee Hyuk singing his part as he eats ramen. It has been reported that the production cost for the UCC was 1 man won ($10~USD). Without any preparations, Lee Hyuk sat down to record the UCC video in the studio with member Jo Bin taking charge in recording. This video was a surprise gift to their fans.
