I can only think of a few examples in American music, and they don't seem to call them self-cover though. I think this needed a definition because the singer-songwriter part isn't that obvious and someone asked what a self-cover was on a forum the other day. I think it's only a Japanese term. (Google "self-cover" and you get nothing, and on Wikipedia there's only a page for the Japanese version.) Does Category:Self-Cover sound like a good idea? --Lambchopsuey 03:34, 5 April 2010 (UTC)
