Template Instructions for Template:tl:

id — Used for Edit button (Don't change)
image — The image name (no File:), if none defaults to Wikinews-logo.png
width — Width of the image
type — breaking, special, original, exclusive, urgent, or none
title — The article title
short_title — !Optional! Overrides the display title (For really long article names; otherwise, leave blank)
summary — The first sentence or two of the story
