Zitten is zitten's first self-titled album. The song "Secret", which was also used as lead track, was used as theme song for the movie Summer Whisper. The song "Gyeote" was used as theme song for the drama Triple. The song "Sontob" was previously released on their debut mini-album Rock Doves.
