exist†trace is an all-female Japanese rock band in the visual-kei scene that formed in June of 2003. They were signed to indies label Sequence Records, but switched to Monster's inc. in November of 2008. Their name is supposed to mean "trace of presence", which is also their concept, asking the meaning of life through music.
