neil & iraiza or NEIL & IRAIZA (ニール・アンド・イライザ) is a Indie Japanese rock that formed in 1995 under the label ESCALATOR RECORDS. Both Horie Hirohisa and Matsuda Gakuji provided vocals and both contributed to composition.
