COSMORAMA is the third Japanese album released by Lena Park. It was her first Japanese album to contain original Japanese/English works, instead of a Korean tracklist. The song "Moonlit Night" is a Japanese version of the English "The City", originally included as B-side of her single "Subete no Mono ni Anata wo Omou"; "Love Come Back -Ai wo Machiwabite- (English Ver.)" is an English version of "Sarangi Olkkayo" from her Korean album Op.4; and "Eternal Moments" is a Japanese version of "Geureoji Maseyo" from On & On.
