Famous singer-songwriter Wheesung wrote the lyrics to the track, and it was revealed that when he first heard the demo he liked how different it was from the groups' usual style of music, and therefore agreed to participate. The song was described as an electro-pop track, and it was released on February 23, 2010 online along with "Naega Neomu Apa". "Neo Ttaemune Micheo" was used as the lead track from the repackage album and it's music video, which was released on February 25, 2010, climbed to the #1 spot on the GOM TV music chart.
