History

She started her career by appearing in CMs for products such as the Nintendo Game Cube, and by appearing in a few TV dramas.

Following in her sister's footsteps, Abe hit the Japanese pop music scene in 2003 and has achieved some success. Her debut single was Riyuu which was released in March of that year. To date she has released a total of six singles, two full albums, and three photobooks.

In May 2007, Abe was added to the group Gyaruru as Tsuji Nozomi's replacement. She married her boyfriend of approximately two years on November 11, 2011.
