HARD RED FANTASIA is Onitsuka Chihiro's first PV-collection under her Universal Music Label. The DVD contains videos from LAS VEGAS and DOROTHY. It was to be released on October 28, 2009 at the same time as her 5th studio album, DOROTHY, but was cancelled for unknown reasons. It was later released on June 30, 2010, with the addition of "STEAL THIS HEART" to the tracklist.
