Hello Pro Kenshuusei Unit (ハロプロ研修生ユニット) is a Hello! Project concert and training unit consisting of a non-permanent lineup featuring members from the Hello Pro Kenshuusei and Hello Pro Kenshuusei Hokkaido.

Information
"Hello Pro Kenshuusei Unit" was announced on July 11, 2019 through the Hello! Project fan club website. The unit was created with the goal of being able to more closely review the activities of trainees as they aim to debut in Hello! Project. The lineup is not permament, members may be changed depending on the situation or once activities have been sufficiently evaluated. The unit will participate in lives in a similar fashion to major Hello! Project groups in order to improve their skills. The announcement revealed the starting roster of five members, including Yonemura Kirara, Ishiguri Kanami, Kubota Nanami, Kanemitsu Ruru, and Saito Madoka.
The unit's first activities would include a regular appearance during the "Hello! Project SUMMER 2019" concert tour, from July 13th to September 1st, and a performance at TOKYO IDOL FESTIVAL 2019 on August 4th. Within an update on December 29 regarding the cast appearances at the "Hello! Project COUNTDOWN PARTY 2019 ~GOOD BYE & HELLO!~" concerts, Kanemitsu Ruru's departure from training activities at her own request was announced.
On March 7, 2021, Fukumura Mizuki, leader of Morning Musume and Hello! Project, made a surprise appearance at the end of the "Hello! Project Kenshuusei Happyoukai 2021 3gatsu ~Yell~", where she announced that the four current members of the Hello Pro Kenshuusei Unit would debut in a new Hello! Project group forming in 2021. During a broadcast of the show Harodori on July 5, it was revealed that four additional members from Hello Pro Kenshuusei would be added to the Unit and forthcoming group; Nakayama Natsume, Hiromoto Ruli, Nishizaki Miku, and Kitahara Momo. They would immediately begin performing together at the Hello! Project 2021 Summer Sapphire & Ruby concerts beginning July 17.
The new group's name, OCHA NORMA, was announced on December 12, 2021 alongside two additional members from the Hello! Project Shin Member Audition 2021 at the final showing of the Hello! Project Kenshuusei Happyoukai 2021 12gatsu ~RING~, leaving the Hello Pro Kenshuusei Unit with no currently active members.
