"Junior Sweet" is the fifth album released by Chara. "Milk" was a later post-album single from the album. This album reached #1 on weekly Oricon charts, charted for 25 weeks and sold a total of 1,055,000 copies making it Chara's best selling album. Since the album sold 962,210 copies in 1997, it reached #23 on the yearly Oricon charts that year. The album also launched a new, more acoustic sound and a more personal kind feeling in Chara's music.
