Kato Rubi (加藤瑠美) is a Japanese model and former singer and actress under Sugar Plus agency. She is a former member of the group 9nine. She was part of the original line-up, however she left the group in December 2007 reportedly after pictures surfaced of her with Hey! Say! JUMP member, Takaki Yuya. In 2012 she started her own cosmetics/fashion accessories line called Ruby Rose.
