"LOVE PUNCH" is the debut studio album released by Otsuka Ai. The album was released in two regular editions: CD only and CD+DVD, the first press of the CD only edition, comes with a picture book. The DVD, comes with a new PV ("Shabondama"), an interview with Ai and her character, LOVE, and also a animation PV starring the character. Because the album sold 519,300 copies in 2004, it became the 20th best selling album 2004. However, it also charted on the 2005 end-of-year charts at #94 as it sold 159,025 copies. The album reached #3 on the Oricon charts and charted for 98 weeks, selling 698,277 copies.
