Sign is the second independent album released by Ito Kanako. The song "Sign" was used as the ending theme for the visual novel, Jingai Makyou while "STILL (Japanese Version)" was the ending theme for the BL genre PC game Togainu no Chi. The album did not chart on the Oricon charts.
