- Originally a 5th generation member of NMB48 Kenkyuusei, she was announced as a Kenkyuusei for Team M during the NMB48 team shuffle in 2016. She was promoted to Team M on October 12, 2017. During the NMB48 team shuffle in 2019, she was announced as sub-captain of Team BII with Kojima Karin as captain. She announced her graduation on September 29, 2020, and graduated on her 19th birthday, December 11, 2020.
- Her older sister is Yamada Nana, a graduated first generation member of NMB48, and her older brother is Nakayama Yuma of Johnny's Entertainment.
