It reached #1 on the Oricon charts and charted for twelve weeks, selling 233,375 copies. It reached #33 the yearly Oricon charts for 2006. Kamiki Aya released her single Pierrot the same day as "Yuruginai Mono Hitotsu" which is a cover of their B-side, few lyrics were changed, still written by Inaba Koshi himself.
