"JOINT" is the fifth major single released by Kawada Mami. "JOINT" and "triangle" were used used as the first opening and ending theme to the second season of the anime Shakugan no Shana. The single peaked at #9 on the Oricon charts and sold 15,949 copies in the first week. In total, the single sold 36,572 copies. It is her highest charting single to date.
