Information
Soya unofficially debuted in 2008 participating on the The World that They Live in drama soundtrack. On the next year she would also participate with three songs for the drama A Man's Story soundtrack.
In early 2010 she become a member of the mixed duo Soya n Sun. The duo only released one digital single in April before she made her official solo debut in November with the digital single "Maeilmaeil Saranghae".
She is known for being Kim Jong Kook niece, and prior to her official debut she was featured on Kim's album Eleventh Story. In return, Kim Jong Kook was also featured on her debut single, being Kim's first collaboration with other artist in 15 years.
