Information

The group was formed in 2008 by Yoshimoto Agency, known for their comedy acts. That time, all the members from the group were also comedians. Their first single, "Chiisana Happy Age Mashou", was released on July 30, with 8 members (1st Generation). The second single, "BIN-KAN。VANILLA!", was released on October 29, and was the first with the 2nd generation members. On the same year, they released two photobooks, "Hajimete no Gravure" and "YGA222". At this time, the focus of the group was on gravure shoots.

On 2009 and 2010, they released 3 DVDs, VIRGIN BEAT ~Watashitachi Yoshimoto Nan Desu Kedo...~ (April 22, 20009), Ganbare HERO ~Keiki Kaifuku!!~ (November 4, 2009) and Fighting Girl (August 4, 2010). On 2010, three new generations were announced: the 4th generation (May 1), the 5th generation (May 29) and the 6th generation (September 19).

The group returned in 2011 with their 3rd single, "Renai Striker", released on February 9 and the first with the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th generation members. The new single showed for the first time the new image of the group. In March 30, the group first unit NUT released their single "Omedeton♡Arigaton". YGA's 4th single, "Jounetsu Heroin", was released three months later, on June 29.

After some months of hiatus, the group returned in 2012 with their 5th single, "Rising Sun JAPAN!", released on January 4. Their 5th single, "Kari Onna Natsuko", was released in August 14. They disbanded on March 3, 2013, after their graduation concert.
