Information
The band first released their debut single, Kimi ga Hoshikute Tamaranai, on May 1993. The next single, Hateshinai Yume wo, was released a couple months later and was a collaboration among the BEING studio artists. A year later, Guitarist Goto Kouji, Drummer Fujimoto Kenichi, and Bassist Kato Naoki would join the band while the other bassist, Ribayashi, would quit the group. Two years later, the band would embark on their first live tour around Japan.
In 1997, after a Christmas live for their fans, the band announced that they would not produce new material together and thus disbanded. The band's fanclub would not breakup until 1999, signaling the real end of ZYYG. However, on February 11, 2006, the band members Goto Kouji, Takayama Seiki, Kato Naoki, and Fujimoto Kenichi got back together for one night only for the band's last live.
