Information

P-chicks was formed in 1999 after three girls won a magazine contest sponsored by the agency Horipro. What made this group unique that each girl was under 150 cm and was not to exceed the height limit, similar to the idol group Minimoni's rules which formed a year after. The group only released one single, which was used as the opening for the anime Hand Maid May, in 2000. The group soon after broke up in order to start their own solo careers.
