"Worth Fighting For feat. Howie D " is the third Japanese single released by Shirota Yu under the name U. The title track was used as theme song for the BeeTV documental LOVE Tabi ~Shirota Yu in Barcelona~. The B-side "Campeones" was released as a cheer song for the Futbol Club Barcelona team.
