KBS (Korean Broadcasting System) is South Korea's premier public broadcaster and one of four major Korean television networks.

KBS offers two terrestrial television and six radio channels, commercial-free KBS1 (news, current affairs, education and culture), KBS2 (entertainment and sports), KBS Radio 1 (launched 1927, news, current affairs, documentary and drama), KBS Radio 2l(Launched 1961, entertainment), KBS 1FM (launched 1979, classical music and folkmusic), KBS 2FM (launched 1966 as TBC-FM, popular music), KBS social radio and KBS World radio (international service), as well as satellite and international services.
