Okui Aki

Okui Aki (奥井亜紀) is a Japanese pop singer-songwriter. Okui debuted under the label Warner Music Japan in 1993 with the release of her first single "Gin no Spoon de". Since her debut, Okui would be famous for singing the opening and ending themes of anime series like Mahoujin Guru Guru, Crayon Shin-chan, and ∀ Gundam. But in 1997, her contract with WMJ expired and wouldn't pick up a contract until 2001 when she signed with independent label BUTTERFLY RECORDS. Then in 2007, Okui switched labels to LIVEMASTER RECORDS.
