When uploading images please do not upload duplicate images. The covers you upload for Hayashibara Megumi's "Reflection" and "Just be conscious" were the same files that were already there. Also when uploading images you need to use categories; image categories such as Category:CD Cover, Category:DVD Cover, Category:Record Cover, Category:Album Cover, Category:Single Cover, Category:8cm Single Cover (take a look at this image to see all the categories it uses).
