MILK FUDGE was a Japanese band. The origin of the band name comes from the non-Japanese candy milk fudge.

Information
In July 2004, eiri and Yoshiaki (of the now disbanded rock band Dear) decided to form a band with a female vocalist as lead singer. In August of the same year, Kabata Saki, who was still active as a solo singer, was approached and asked to join the band at a later date (her contract expired in January the following year). On August 28th, Yu who was an aquaitance of Yoshiaki, auditioned for the group and joined the same day.
After a preparatory period of five months, they announced that they will start full-scale as an indies band on February 1st 2005. In May, Yu withdrew from the band. As the live event Indies Okinawa had already been booked, Maehara Yukio stepped in. After the live on June 1st 2005, former Laputa drummer Tomoi participated as support. A few weeks later it was announced that he had joined the band and that they will release their major debut single "Navy Blue".
After their major debut the group went out on the live tours Navy Blue GO WEST and Navy Blue GO FOR ALL, ending with their final performance in Oita. They continued vigorous activities centering on live stages in Tokyo, steadily increasing their fan base, but they announced suddenly on December 23th 2005, that they had disbanded.
