: I still feel like they shouldn't be loped together in the same category. If I was talking to someone I wouldn't say "You know that vocalist, [[Hamasaki Ayumi]]?", I'd say "You know that singer, [[Hamasaki Ayumi]]?" We can deffinatly create something like [[:Category:Instrumentalists]] for artists like [[Oshio Kotaro]]. Maybe we should make it like this: [[:Category:Singer|Singer]] for people like Hamasaki, [[:Category:Vocalist|Vocalist]] for singers of bands/groups, and [[:Category:Singer-Songwriter|Singer-Songwriter]] for all the people who write their own music & lyrics. :: Lol true, you would not say "Hamasaki Ayumi the vocalist," but aren't "singer" and "vocalist" synonyms anyway? I think having both [[:Category:Singer]] and [[:Category:Vocalist]] would be kind of redundant, unless we'd want to separate solo singers from group singers. - I still feel like they shouldn't be loped together in the same category.
